Commons
The Commons office is where Guest Passes can be obtained. Tram Station 4 and the South Tennis Center are also located at the Commons. Foundation administrative, accounting, and human resources are housed at this location.
Community Center at Pelican Bay
The 25,000 square foot Community Center houses multiple programs ranging from social, cultural and educational classes to fitness and wellness programs.
Sandpiper Parking Lot
Tram Station 5 is the located at the Sandpiper Parking Lot. This is one of three parking lots (Commons, Sandpiper and North Parking Lot) available for Members who wish to use the berm, boardwalk, restaurants and beach. Members and Guests will be expected to present their Foundation issued Member Identification cards before boarding the tram or using any portion of the facility.
North Parking Lot
Tram Station 8 is located near the Montenero and across the street from Coco Bay. The north parking lot offers access to the beach, as well as dining at the Sandpiper Restaurant and North Beach Cafe. Members and Guests will be expected to present their Foundation issued Member Identification cards before boarding the tram or using any portion of the facility.
