How do I Log-in for the first time?
  • Initial Log-in Process: Upon your first log-in you will enter your full 8 DIGIT Member ID number (including all zeros) as the “Username”; your password for the initial log-in is Pelican Bay’s zip code, “34108”. You will be asked to change your password immediately after successfully logging in.

How do I change my password?
  • Roll over “Members” with your mouse and click “My Information”. Click “Change Password” and enter your new password and click “Save Changes”.
How do I submit a Guest Pass Request?
  • Roll over “Resources” and click “Guest Pass Request Form” Fill out the required information and click “Request Guest Pass (es)”. You will receive a confirmation email.
How do I edit “My Dashboard” once logging in?
  • Roll over “Members” with your mouse and click “My Information”. Click “Dashboard Preferences” and select the appropriate categories and check or uncheck a category to make changes.  Click “Save Changes”.
How can I check the beach conditions at the Pelican Bay beach?
  • Scroll over Amenities and click on Beach. Then click on  Beach Conditions found on the menu to the left of your screen.
How do I view the Pelican Bay webcams?
  • Go to "My Dashboard" by clicking "Members" and click "Cameras". You will have two options to click on, “North Beach Camera” and “South Beach Camera”.You can also view them by visiting "Beach" under the category "Amenities"
How do I post if I want to buy or sell tickets for the Philharmonic?
  • Scroll your mouse over "Members" and on the drop down menu click the option "Philharmonic Buy/Sell". Here you can click to view the Buy or Sell list or fill out the form. Once verified by the front desk, it will be posted on the list.
How can I view the video gallery?
  • Roll over “Members” with your mouse and click “Video Gallery”.
How do I view My Information?
  • Roll over “Members” with your mouse and click “My Information”.
Where are the documents located?
  • Roll over “Resources” and click “Documents”.
Where are the E-Forms located?
  • Roll over “Resources” and click “E-Forms”.
Where are the commercial and residential Covenants documents located?
  • Roller over “Resources” and click “Covenants” You will find two different tabs to the left, “commercial” and “residential”.
What can we find in the news & press release section?
  • Roll over “Members” with your mouse and click “PB Member News”. You may also locate this under About PB, “News & Press Releases”.
How do I change the text size?
  • There is a text size box which display three sizes options you may choose from. These boxes are located on each individual web page. Once you select a size, the content will change accordingly.
How do I change my username?
  • Roll over “Members” with your mouse and click “My Information”. Type in your new username under the appropriate field and click “Save Changes”.
