The Foundation

What is the Foundation? The Pelican Bay Foundation, Inc. is a Florida not-for-profit organization that serves as the master home owners association. The Foundation owns a significant amount of property that adjoins the Gulf of Mexico and operates four beachfront restaurants, two tennis facilities, Community and Fitness Center along with other various amenities.

Mission Statement & Philosophy

The Foundation mission statement is clear, to provide “A guaranteed quality customer experience” for all of the Members and Guests.

The Foundation's philosophy reflects the belief that the Pelican Bay Foundation staff are considerate, highly motivated and committed employees who strive to meet high ethical, business and productivity standards. Management significantly weighs business and employee relation issues when making decisions and will promote a positive, healthy and safe working atmosphere and environment.
